Prices and checkout

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and at checkout. Review the final currency, item or session price, shipping charges, taxes and any other disclosed charges before submitting your order.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at Shopify checkout based on your delivery address.

We currently sell to customers in Canada and the United States. Available delivery options and charges for apparel are shown at checkout. For cross-border delivery, review the import-charge information provided before purchase.

Your order

Review the product, size or session details and provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. Changes to made-to-order apparel cannot be guaranteed once production has begun, except where required by law.

Apparel purchases

Apparel is printed to order through a manufacturing partner. Our Shipping Policy explains shipping and delivery, and our Apparel Returns and Refunds Policy explains help with faulty or incorrect items and our change-of-mind policy.

Coaching bookings

Coaching is available only on the dates released for booking. Review the session details and the Coaching Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy before booking. If no sessions are available, contact us with questions about future dates.

Privacy

Consumer rights and questions

Nothing in these terms or our store policies excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a term conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection, that protection takes priority.
