Shipping policy

We ship apparel to Canada and the United States. Our apparel is printed to order through a manufacturing partner.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight. Review the shipping charge and total in the currency shown at checkout before placing your order.

Production and delivery

Your clothing is printed after you order, so we allow time for production before shipping. This approach helps us avoid excess printed stock and supports our goal of reducing waste.

Apparel orders to Canada and the United States typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks from purchase, including production and delivery. Timing varies by destination.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you about the delay and provide any legally required options to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund. Your rights under applicable delivery and cancellation laws remain in place.

Cross border charges

Any duties or import charges collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Additional customs charges may apply if they have not been collected at checkout. You are responsible for separately payable import charges only where disclosed before purchase and permitted by applicable law.

Order changes and cancellations

Check your items, sizes and delivery address before ordering. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee a requested change or cancellation once production has begun. This does not limit any cancellation or other remedy required by law.

Delivery problems

If your order is late, missing or shown as delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order details. We will review the issue with you and the relevant delivery or manufacturing partner. A delivered tracking status does not by itself remove your rights.
