45 minutes will be dedicated to instruction and 15 minutes will be reserved for questions The purpose of this class is to educate on the topics of Chassis theory -Flexing -Weight Transfer Pedal and Seat Positioning -Arm Position -Leg Position Axel Stiffness -explaining the effects and required uses for different stiffnesses Seat Stiffness -explaining the effects and required uses for different stiffnesses Track width adjustments -Front Jacking effect and "Dartiness" -Rear Bicycle effect Differing Grip levels
